The compensation plan:
***With your first commissionable sale, you begin earning financial
rewards! In order for you to remain an active Consultant, you
must sell
a minimum of $300 in commissionable sales each calendar quarter.
*** As your commissionable sales increase, so do your financial rewards!
There are five types of commissions you may receive. They are Base
Commissions, Override Commissions, Select Product Credit Commissions,
Bonus Override Commissions, and Downline Override Commissions.
- Base Commissions. When you make a sale, you earn a
base commission of 22%. You collect this commission at the time of the
sale, and then remit the remainder of the product cost to Close To My
Heart. For example, if you sold and collected payment on items totaling
$250, you would remit $195 to Close to My Heart and keep $55 for your
compensation (excluding sales tax and shipping/handling).
- Override Commissions. As your monthly sales
increase, so do your commissions! The more you sell in a month, the
higher your override commission will be for that month, until the
maximum percentage is reached. (See chart below.) Override commissions
are calculated monthly and are paid by the fifteenth day of the
following month.
- Select Product Credit Commissions. You also have the
opportunity to be compensated with Select Product Credit for your
sales. This credit can be redeemed for many items in the Idea Book as
well as some supply items.
- Other benefits: Free online shopping websites, inexpensive events thru out the year, annual conventions that anyone can participate in, additional trips etc that you can earn with points achieved from sales.
